Graduation Night 2017: Florescence

The theme for Graduation Night 2017 is Florescence, which defines the process of flowering and the process of developing richly and fully. In relation to the 2016 Orientation theme Fiore, Florescence represents the end of a chapter and the start of a new journey, as the Year 6s have grown and bloomed, and will now transition into a new phase and embark on another journey. This also represents how Graduation Night is the culmination of an enriching 2-year journey for the Y6s, who have grown from small seedlings, to beautiful, mature flowers in full bloom.

The organising committee truly hopes that Graduation Night will be a flowonderful opportunity for all of you to forge lasting memories together as the batch of 2017 on this spectacular night!

Do remember to submit this online form latest by 25/8/17 (T3W9, Fri).The payment collection dates are to be confirmed.This form has to be submitted online before payment of tickets can proceed. Tickets will only be confirmed when payment is made.  

  

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGN UPS

Sign-ups for Florescence 2017 will only be held in complete tables of 10 - please form groups of 10 and appoint a Table IC amongst the group. The table IC will be the contact person for the entire group liaising with the OrgComm for Grad Night 2017.  

PROCEDURE

1. Only the group IC will have to submit this form, ONCE, on behalf of the other group members. 

2. Group IC to ensure that you've received a confirmation SMS and email within 1 working day once online form has been submitted, or contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance. 

3. Payment dates are to be confirmed. Group IC to collect $95 each from group members and submit ONE CHEQUE with the total amount payable for the group.
E.g. Each group has 10 people, Group IC to submit ONE cheque valued at $950 ($95 per person x 10 attendees).

Selection of tables will be done at the booth immediately once payment is made, on a first come first serve basis, so do sign-up and proceed down to make payment as soon as possible!
