I. Terms and Guidelines for Studio Booking Request
Booking of Raffles Discovery Studio (A1 | A2) @ Y56, Blk A, Ground Floor
- Please indicate your booking schedule and class details in every booking.

II. Terms and Guidelines for Governing the Loan of Facilites
Use of the equipment and accessories The equipment and accessories are meant to support teaching and school administrative activities. These are the properties of Raffles Institution. Do not use the equipment for personal reasons, financial or otherwise, or for activities, which are not in line with school policies and practice. Maintenance and Loss Please take good care of the facilities and equipment and the accessories included in the facilities. Repair cost for any physical damages done to the facilities or equipment or the accessories will be borne by the user. You should inform the ETD staff of any damage immediately. Late notification will result in procurement difficulities of new parts and you will face problems clearing your exit clearance should you transfer or leave the school. - Do not attempt to re-configure or dismantle the equipment.
- Do not move equipment or accessories out of the facility.
- Do not exchange parts of the equipment without permission.
- The facility or equipment may be recalled for the purposes of upgrading or maintenance. Please co-operate by returning them promptly.
- Report any problem to the edutech executive, Mr. Irwan, (6319-3146) or the on-site personnel immediately.
- Remain vigilant when using or storing equipment to prevent theft.
- The equipment and/or accessories should be locked away when not in use.
- You are required to prove non-negligence when the equipment or accessories is/are damaged, stolen or lost.
- Police report should be made immediately if the equipment is found missing due to a criminal offense (for e.g stolen).
- An incident report is required.
Software(s)
Equipment such as interactive flat panels, laptops or pc modules are pre-installed with standard software. These should not be uninstalled or upgraded without permission. Do not install and use unlicensed software, including freeware and shareware, because it is an infringement of the copyright under the Copyright Act. You may use computers and laptops to evaluate software for RI"s use. Thank you.
